You agree to use RydeChair only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the platform by any third party. You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when booking or registering
• Use the platform to arrange transportation for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform or disrupt other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without our written permission

RydeChair acts as a marketplace connecting members with independent transport providers. We are not a transportation carrier and do not provide transportation services directly.

• When you book a trip, you agree to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and passenger information.
• Estimated fares are based on distance, transport type, and provider rates; final pricing may vary based on actual trip details.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. RydeChair is not responsible for payment processing errors outside its control.
• Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the provider's policy and the timing of cancellation relative to the scheduled pickup.
• You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time; no-shows may be charged in full at the provider's discretion.

Transport providers using RydeChair agree to:

• Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications for the services offered
• Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation in accordance with applicable law
• Keep vehicle, pricing, and availability information current and accurate
• Comply with the Independent NEMT Provider Master Agreement accepted during onboarding
• Respond to dispatch requests promptly and communicate any delays or cancellations
